FOUR STUDIOS AVAILABLE for rehearsals, private lessons, auditions, photo & video shoots, workshops, master classes, performances, events, monthly or weekly classes. All studios are equipped with mirrors and sprung floors with marley surface. Portable barres are available. No food may be served in the studios, but you may use the kitchen area to serve food.

ROOM DIMENSIONS & BASE RATES PER HOUR:

• Blue studio 25’ x 25’ (portable sound system) $35.00

• Yellow studio 25’x32’ (sound system) $45.00

• Purple studio 25’ x 32’ (sound system and upright piano) $45.00

• Green studio 51’ x 30’ (lighting, sound system, and grand piano) $60.00

• Kitchen (microwave, fridge, sink, water cooler) $40.00

(Sound systems include CD, speakers, plug-in for iPhone and microphones.)

STIPULATIONS
STREET SHOES ARE NEVER ALLOWED IN ANY STUDIO AT ANY TIME.
Rentals outside of normal business hours can be arranged when possible at a surcharge minimum of $20 per hour.
Payment must be made in advance.
If you need to cancel, we can refund your payment until one week before the scheduled date. After that, we can offer credit for a different date.
