SMAPA HAS FOUR STUDIOS AVAILABLE FOR:

Rehearsals, private lessons, auditions, photo & video shoots, workshops, master classes, performances, events, and monthly or weekly classes. All studios are equipped with mirrors and sprung floors with marley surface. Portable Barres are available.

ROOM DIMENSION & BASE RATES PER HOUR:

Blue studio 25’ x 25’ (portable sound system) $25.00

Yellow studio 25’x32’ (sound system and grand piano) $35.00

Purple studio 25’ x 32’ (sound system and upright piano) $35.00

Green studio 51’ x 30’ (lighting, sound system and grand piano) $50.00

(Sound systems include CD, speakers, plug in for IPOD & microphones)

STIPULATIONS

Rentals outside of normal business hours are available at a surcharge minimum of $10 per hour.

Payment must be made by cash or credit card prior to occupancy of the studio.

A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect.

Your credit card will be charged if you do not cancel within this time period.

STREET SHOES ARE NEVER ALLOWED IN ANY STUDIO, AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY SPACE RENTAL.
